Our business owner coaching program is designed to help successful financial advisors become equally successful business owners. (Cost $2,000 - $30,000+)


Our coaches will work with you 1:1 to help you define your goals and put a plan together to accomplish your goals. We take a values-based approach to coaching and our primary goal is help you align your values with your goals to achieve success in your life.

C-Suite Leadership Institute

In this small business executive leadership program, you will collaborate with peers to learn the critical frameworks, tools and skills to solve your business challenges and develop in your role. Schedules vary by group, but are generally every other month over the course of a year, or monthly for 6 months.


  • Each program is geared toward helping you become a more effective leader and drive results as a C-Suite leader.

  • Each session will focus on key development areas for that specific leadership role.

The Jambalaya Group has taken each C-Suite job description and broken up the job responsibilities into 3 phases:

Advisor Learning Institute

The Advisor Learning Institute training is structured to help Advisors develop skills and mindsets that will lead to long-term success in working with clients.

1:1 coaching to educate Advisors on developing the skills needed to be successful in their role (Cost: $6,000+)


Our coach will complete a thorough assessment to determine areas of focus during the 3-month coaching relationship.

The four areas of focus for each coaching session include:


  • I. Review – Goal Tracker Results are reviewed and compared to the targets established by aligning the practice and the Advisor's personal goals, so not all Advisors will have the same numbers in their tracker. This part of the agenda is strictly fact driven.

  • II. Reflect – The coach will ask for information about how the Advisor feels about the results, conflicts that may have arisen, work-life balance and integration and personal values. It allows the coach to help push on the gas or pull on the brakes based on life. This step addresses the human side.

  • III. Resource – Identify training, teaming, technology or other resources that may be able to provide better productivity or efficiencies.

  • IV. Refocus – Prepare for the period ahead 1-2 weeks at a time. Discuss additional scheduling needed to meet the model week and appointment goals, upcoming appointments, action items to be completed from the prior week and any breakthrough (or first time) services or product sales. This may include role playing, casework conversation or calculating possible GDC, plans, or recurring revenue that is planned for the period going forward.


Advisor 1:1 Coaching


1:1 coaching relationship provides practical guidance and support to help Advisors accomplish their goals. It can be used separately or to provide context for the training provided through Advisor Learning Institute™. A coach is assigned for personalized attention to real practice matters. The process assures implementation of the knowledge acquired and supplements education needed based on present clients, cases, and processes.
