What are your favorite pastime hobbies outside of work?
I love to coach baseball and basketball, play golf, and I am a huge music nerd who loves to see live music and collect records. I also enjoy visitng new places, and enjoying a good craft beer is never an arm-twist.

What is your role at Jambalaya Group?
I lead the work we do around Advisor Development, which includes education and coaching to help develop the next generation of Advisors and Franchise Owners. I also lead the work we do with practices to ensure that they have efficient, repeatable processes around how they manage their clients’ money, allowing them to leverage our available tools and resources well while also achieving best in class documentation and compliance. I love to work 1:1 with Advisors to help them sharpen their skills and live out their purpose through their business.
What is the last book you read?
The Comfort Crisis by Michael Easter. I am trying to challenge myself to spend more time outside of my comfort zone by doing new and difficult things.
