What are your favorite pastime hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest. We have only lived out here for about a year and a half and have a lot of ground to cover. Our favorite spot so far has been Cannon Beach, the top of Mount Hood and touring wineries in the Columbia River Gorge.

What is your role at Jambalaya Group?
I am a Human Capital Specialist. I help practices with everything from employee management, career development, roles and responsibilities, and compensation and benefits. I also work very closely with the Operations Mangers at the practices we work with, leading monthly calls and helping put on our yearly Operations Manager Conference.
What is the last book you read?
I love a good beach read - light-hearted, easy to read books. The last book I read was The Hotel Nantucket by Elin Hildebrand. I love her books as they are a great escape from everyday life and take place in a dreamy city I hope to visit someday, Nantucket.
