What are the top 3 things on your Bucket List to accomplish?

  1. Explore the World, Again and Again
Travel has always been a passion of mine—both discovering new destinations and revisiting those that left a lasting impression. I believe you can never truly take in a place in just one visit, and returning with fresh eyes (and familiar faces) makes the experience even more meaningful. Whether it’s a milestone trip like celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary in Aruba in 2027 or finally taking that dream cruise to Alaska, traveling with family or close friends is what truly makes every journey unforgettable.

    2. Give Back to Causes Close to My Heart
Volunteering and supporting organizations that make a real difference is a key part of my life. I currently serve on two nonprofit boards—Yellow Tree Theatre, which brings powerful storytelling to our community, and the Team Tucker Family Foundation, which supports children and families facing life-threatening illnesses. It’s incredibly fulfilling to contribute time and energy to causes that align so closely with my values.

    3. Be Present for the Next Chapter with My Family
As my boys grow into adulthood and begin to carve out their own paths, one of my greatest hopes is simply to be there—supporting, cheering, and celebrating them as they build careers and, one day, families of their own (I’m totally okay with that happening a few years down the road!). Quality time with my family will always be at the top of my list.

What are your top 5 values?

Relationships, Happiness, Health, Helping others, and Meaningful Work

What is your role at Jambalaya Group?

Since joining Jambalaya in 2015, my role has evolved from a blend of Human Capital, Recruiting and Project Management and Implementation.  Today my primary focus is still multi fold, supporting advisor teams through strategic project execution, guiding the implementation of AFA compensation for Jr. Advisors, and additionally, I am lucky enough to lead the project management team and the amazing training team as well..

What’s the last book you read?

The Measure by Nicky Erlick - I read it because I believe in family, friendship, hope, and living life to its fullest. Would you choose to know how long you’ll live? I wouldn’t.
