  1. CONSULTATION


    • Discuss your needs

    • Share an overview of what we do

    • Review our process, general timelines and cost

  2. DETAILED NEEDS


    • Ensure we have a detailed understanding of your process

    • Clearly articulate roles and responsibilities for the individual(s) receiving training

    • Define and agree upon tools and processes and soft skills that are in scope for training

    • Ensure we are agreed on the role practice members plan and the role Jambalaya team members play

  3. DEVELOPMENT PLAN


    • Draft training plan

    • Review plan, make adjustments where needed

    • Define timeline

  4. EXECUTE


    • Provide training for items where training is required

    • Ensure trainee completes self-study review and exercises

    • Conduct check-in's

    • Conduct checkouts when trainee is complete with sections of plan

    • Provide bi-weekly updates to advisor/operations manager

  5. FOLLOW-UP


    • Answer questions or address knowledge gaps over next 30 days

    • Conduct final call with Advisor/Operations Manager to discuss process and outcome

    • Compile and send invoice
