DETAILED NEEDS
- Ensure we have a detailed understanding of your process
- Clearly articulate roles and responsibilities for the individual(s) receiving training
- Define and agree upon tools and processes and soft skills that are in scope for training
- Ensure we are agreed on the role practice members plan and the role Jambalaya team members play

DEVELOPMENT PLAN
- Draft training plan
- Review plan, make adjustments where needed
- Define timeline

EXECUTE
- Provide training for items where training is required
- Ensure trainee completes self-study review and exercises
- Conduct check-in's
- Conduct checkouts when trainee is complete with sections of plan
- Provide bi-weekly updates to advisor/operations manager

FOLLOW-UP
- Answer questions or address knowledge gaps over next 30 days
- Conduct final call with Advisor/Operations Manager to discuss process and outcome
- Compile and send invoice
